The Seminar Service is designed for those running a small group session.
The seminar team will learn the following information:
- Attendees profiles
- Overall seminar ratings
- Attendees objectives for attending
- Speaker style and content ratings
- Venue rating
- General comments and suggestions
Specific client questions can also be included regarding the seminar or related subjects.
Results are available in real-time showing overall ratings as well as specific breakdowns by attendee
profiles, (eg. by region or company size).
The survey is branded with the client's choice of logo and is online for two weeks. All technical work including setup,
programming and hosting is carried out by Event Feedback
