Frequently Asked Questions

We have several thousand people attending our event. Do we have to interview them all?
No. The more people you interview the more reliable the results will be but the additional accuracy you get from interviewing all your attendees may not be worth the additional cost of doing so. We will provide you with our advice and recommendations regarding sample size and structure as required.

We already have our own questionnaire, can we use this instead of an Event Feedback developed one?
Yes. It is highly likely though that the final cost will be higher than if you use an already developed Event Feedback questionnaire. Our standard packages include provision to add custom questions and it maybe that we can achieve the end result you need using a hybrid questionnaire whilst still keping within our published standard costs.

Is it possible to deploy your service through our company Intranet?
This is possible if your intranet users can also access the Internet through the same network. In this scenario it is possible to place links to the surveys on your intranet which when clicked connect to our servers on the public Internet.

What format will my results be in?
Results are delivered in a variety of different formats including the following:

  • Multiple series charts in HTML, .jpg, .gif or .png image formats
  • Cross tabulations in HTML, MS-Excel ready (csv) format and MS-Word ready (rtf) format
  • Verbatims in HTML and MS-Word ready (rtf) formats
  • Raw data in Excel ready (csv) format

These items are available through a pre-built library of reports or using an interactive online analysis system.
