Tabulated Results

Evaluation results can be downloaded as tabulated data in a pre-defined template in Excel format at any point.

This makes it easy to compare and contrast aspects such as plenary sessions, breakout speakers, venue criteria and other elements that are of particular interest.

Please refer to the example set of tabulations for further details. Notice that the spreadsheet is organised into five different worksheets and colour-coded mean scores are included to help benchmark the performance of individual sessions.

Key Performance Indicators

Key Perfomance Indicators (KPI's) can be defined and then viewed alongside each other across different events.

The screenshot on the right shows KPI's of General Expectations, Relevance of sessions, Speakers knowledge and Venue quality.

The KPI table can be sorted by column making it easy to create lists of events in rank order acording to the criteria that matter most to you.

Detailed On-Screen Analysis

The results of any of the questions from an evaluation can be viewed on-screen as the data is being collected. Various data-set filters can be applied to allow results for various sub-groups to be seen.

Results can be displayed as tabulated data or in chart format. An export to Excel option also allows the data to be easily dropped into Excel for charting and incorporation into presentations or other documents.

The screenshot below shows the results of Q23 (How well did the conference meet expectations) from the example survey. In this example four different sub-groups have been selected showing Automotive, Business Services, IT and Leisure sectors.

Verbatim Reports

All verbatim comments entered by delegates can be viewed online or downloaded in MS-Word format.

Comments are organised by session and speaker and can be filtered by any of the profiling questions used in your evaluation.

As with all the results items shown here they can be accessed by authorised users from any browser whenever needed.

The screenshot to the left shows an example of comments made in the example evaluation survey for the 10:00 plenary session.
