Event Feedback Ltd was formed in 2007 by a team of people with many years of experience covering market research, Internet
technlogies and the business events industry.

John Cavill
John is a professional businessman who has been involved with a number of successful start-up operations. He has run an events company which worked for a number of blue-chip organisations in the U.K. John sees Event Feedback as a major opportunity for all event organisers to significantly improve the quality and professionalism of their event (whether large or small) at a very economic investment. John's other business interests currently include,running several property investment companies and helping to develop a new design of Flame Arrester for the oil and gas industry. John Cavill brings a considerable breadth and depth of management experience to Event Feedback.
John Mumford
John Mumford's background is in marketing research and planning. He worked initially for two major ad. agencies. He subsequently joined Mars and then, in an international role, BAT before starting his own research agency, T&SS. John has considerable international research experience, having worked and/or lived in over 25 different countries. His particular role at Event Feedback will be the development of questionnaires, sampling and data presentation. John believes that Event Feedback combines the most advanced and economic means of evaluating events and provides a focused service matched by no other consultancy. John has established a number of university links in the areas of psychology, statistics and business.
Mark Hughes
Mark graduated from UMIST with a degree in Computation before joining Progress Software, an American software corporation. He has been helping businesses to harness the benefits of the Internet since 1995, the very early days of business on the Web. He founded Online Research Solutions in 2000 and has implemented Internet research programs for end clients including Woolworths, BBC, NHS, Reuters, Kellogs, Panasonic and Pioneer and many other famous names. Mark's responsibility at Event Feedback includes strategy, technology and project delivery.
